Within the transport industry, there are legal regulations applied to specific goods that can’t be shipped or for which the company disclaims any responsibility.

If they aren’t officially listed or valued, they can’t be insured for their declared value and the refund service won’t be available as the official value is unknown.

Firearms and ammunition

This type of shipment is available for mainland Spain, Andorra and Canary Islands. Firearms and ammunition of the same calibre must be shipped separately and following the current guidelines for weapon distribution.

If you would like to ship this type of goods privately, they will be picked up and delivered at the firearms office of the Civil Guard (Intervención de Armas de la Guardia Civil), paying the appropriate fees. Ask for this shipment through our Consumer Service (+34 800 00 95 84) or Customer Support (+34 902 10 10 10).

  • Inflammable, corrosive and toxic goods as well as any other goods that are considered dangerous to transport under the European ADR treaty.
  • Metal and wood structures (without packaging).

Insufficient packaging

If the goods are badly packaged, the courier will mark a clause on the form to warn the customer that SEUR will not be responsible for any damages caused to the contents.
